On Monday morning near the Shkodër court building, investigating officer Vladimir Gërmenji was beaten with fists. The perpetrators of this act are the brothers Trixo and Gjorgj Pjetri from the village of Vrakë. They committed this shameful act in the presence of a lawyer (as a fo
