ALBANIA ESTABLISHES DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS WITH BRUNEI — Diplomatic relations — at ambassadorial level — have been established between Albania and Brunei. The two countries have agreed to develop cooperative relations in full compliance with the principles proclaimed in the Charter
