VLORE BEACH, A CHILD DROWNS — A family from Fier, which had planned to spend the day at the city beach, ended its holiday day in tragedy. The 4-year-old boy F. L. escaped his parents’ notice and went too far into water he was not prepared to handle. It was too late for the child
