On Monday, in an interview for Greek television, the former president of Serbia, Slobodan Milošević, said that "Kosovo is to be demarcated." On the other hand, in an interview published yesterday in "Rilindja," the head of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Ibrahim Rugova, stressed that Kosovo Albanians must know how to defend their rights and not fall into the trap of fratricide. The communist dictatorship, supposedly of the people, called it "industry," while persecuting man among men...
