Could it be that Berisha is opposing the Constitution because of the surprising list project in the office? Why else would they have done it, if not for some important issue? What are those representatives doing? Have they made the constitution? Do they all do one thing? In fact, perhaps also because of that free project, but at least that is how I think about the opposition? the fall of the state; have they made the constitution in order to escape the evil that threatens them from democracy. It is difficult to really understand that the opposition is genuine, and even the government as well, but extremely uninvolved and without responsibility in these harsh times?! which not only do not stand out for their own people, but also clearly show total contempt for them! Thus, part of the political class seems to have invented politics only to protect itself from democratic reforms, and consequently from democracy itself. But can they escape, even with all these upheavals, a society? Which, as understood, is tired? From this, governing democracy through the whims of leaders, etc., is it a form of freedom or of quiet destruction? In fact, Berisha, our former president, said yesterday at the conference with SHIK representatives that the Albanian opposition has no other goals with the Constitution except to defend its interests and preserve power. He emphasized that the Socialist Party and its allies are opposing the Constitution on the front page not simply because of its content, but because of the project of what he called a “surprising list” in Berisha’s offices. During his speech at the press conference, former president Berisha spoke about the problems the opposition has with the Constitution, stressing that it was created to escape the evil that threatens it from democracy.

Mos valle Berisha e kundërshton Kushtetutën për shkak të projektit të listës befasuese në zyrtë? Po pse e kanë bërë po se pa ndonjë çështje të rëndësishme për çfarë? e këto përfaqësues? e kanë bërë kushtetutën? një gjë bëjnë të gjitha? Në fakt ndoshta edhe për shkak të atij projekti të lirë, po së paku kështu mendoj me opozitën? rënien e shtetit; po e kanë bërë kushtetutën për t’i shpëtuar së keqes që i kanoset prej demokracisë. Është e vështirë të kuptohet realisht që opozita është e vërtetë, e madje edhe qeveria po që po, por jashtëzakonisht e papërfshirë dhe pa përgjegjësi për të rreptë në këto kohë?! të cilat jo vetëm nuk bien në sy të popullit të vet, por edhe duket qartë se kanë një përbuzje totale ndaj tij! Kështu, një pjesë e klasës politike dukej sikur e ka shpikur politikën vetëm për t’u mbrojtur vetë nga reformat demokratike, e si rrjedhim nga vetë demokracia. Po a mund t’i shpëtojnë, madje me të gjitha këto përmbysje, një shoqërie? Që, nga sa kuptohet, është e lodhur? Nisur nga kjo qeverisja e demokracisë përmes tekave të liderëve, etj, është një formë e lirisë apo e shkatërrimit të qetë? Në fakt, Berisha, ish-presidenti ynë, që dje në konferencën me përfaqësues të SHIK-ut, tha se opozita shqiptare nuk ka qëllime të tjera me Kushtetutën veçse të mbrojë interesat e saj dhe të ruajë pushtetin. Ai theksoi se Partia Socialiste dhe aleatët e saj po e kundërshtojnë Kushtetutën në faqen e parë jo thjesht për shkak të përmbajtjes së saj, por për shkak të projektit të asaj që ai e quajti “listë befasuese” në zyrat e Berishës. Gjatë fjalës së tij në konferencën e shtypit, ish-presidenti Berisha ka folur për problemet që ka opozita me Kushtetutën, duke theksuar se ajo është krijuar për t’i shpëtuar së keqes që i kanoset prej demokracisë.

Potrebbe essere che Berisha si opponga alla Costituzione a causa del sorprendente progetto di lista nell’ufficio? Perché altrimenti l’avrebbero fatto, se non per qualche questione importante? Cosa fanno quei rappresentanti? Hanno fatto la costituzione? Fanno tutti la stessa cosa? In effetti, forse anche a causa di quel progetto libero, ma almeno è così che la penso riguardo all’opposizione? il crollo dello stato; hanno fatto la costituzione per sfuggire al male che li minaccia dalla democrazia. È difficile capire davvero che l’opposizione sia autentica e persino il governo pure, ma estremamente disimpegnati e senza responsabilità in questi tempi duri?! che non solo non si distinguono per il proprio popolo, ma mostrano chiaramente un disprezzo totale verso di esso! Così, una parte della classe politica sembra aver inventato la politica solo per proteggersi dalle riforme democratiche e, di conseguenza, dalla democrazia stessa. Ma possono sfuggire, persino con tutti questi sconvolgimenti, a una società? Che, a quanto si capisce, è stanca? Da questo, governare la democrazia attraverso i capricci dei leader, ecc., è una forma di libertà o di tranquilla distruzione? In effetti, Berisha, il nostro ex presidente, ha detto ieri alla conferenza con i rappresentanti dello SHIK che l’opposizione albanese non ha altri obiettivi con la Costituzione se non difendere i propri interessi e mantenere il potere. Ha sottolineato che il Partito Socialista e i suoi alleati stanno opponendosi alla Costituzione in prima pagina non semplicemente per il suo contenuto, ma per il progetto di quella che ha definito una “lista sorprendente” negli uffici di Berisha. Durante il suo discorso alla conferenza stampa, l’ex presidente Berisha ha parlato dei problemi che l’opposizione ha con la Costituzione, sottolineando che essa è stata creata per sfuggire al male che la minaccia dalla democrazia.
