The European Union against the OSCE: Ministers out, “diplomatic packaging”
Representatives of Kosovo are raising their voice. In the process launched in the middle of last year, the international community has strongly supported sheltering Kosovo in Albania. This is a position that has not changed, except that the conditions of use and the parameters are different. In fact, this development is not to Tirana's liking: the UN side over the past four months has been putting its move from last summer into the foreign media. Different diplomatic views sometimes react as a compromise in every race. On the other hand, in Brussels, the European Commission spokesperson declared yesterday that work is needed so that standards are not diluted. In this regard, the EU representative said that it could lead to objections in agreeing on the implementation of the return plan. In this issue, an MP urged taking a firmer stance in negotiating such an agreement. For this, he said clear rules are needed and must be applied meticulously.

Ky është një qëndrim i cili nuk ka ndryshuar, veçse kushtet e përdorimit dhe parametrat janë një tjetër. Ky zhvillim në të vërtetë nuk është për të dashur Tiranë: pala e OKB-së përgjatë 4 muajve ka vënë në mediat e jashtme lëvizja e vet në verën e kaluar. Vështrime të ndryshme diplomatike reagojnë që nganjëherë si një kompromis në çdo garë. Nga ana tjetër, në zyrën e Brukselit, zëdhënësi i Komisionit Evropian ka deklaruar dje se kërkohet që të punohet në mënyrë që të anulohen standardet. Në lidhje me këtë, përfaqësuesi i BE-së dha se mund të çojë në kundërshtime për të pajtuar administrimin e planit të kthimit. Në këtë numër, një deputet i deputetëve për të mbajtur një qëndrim më të lartë të prokurimit të një marrëveshjeje të tillë. Për këtë, ai tha se duhen rregulla të qarta e të zbatuara me përpikmëri.
