The long process of democratic transition is entering a new phase. In anticipation of this decision, a kind of manipulation also appears regarding the young, which implies pluralism and democracy. But freedom must be kept in mind, because political and social rights are being infringed. This is best shown by the Albanian situation, which has remained embraced by persistent political greed. As a democracy that in its essence remains incomplete, it is very far from fully achieving the transition. The most dangerous thing is that even through power, some political figures are using the word democracy as a mask to cover their narrow interests.

Procesi i gjatë i tranzicionit demokratik po hyn në një fazë të re. Me pritjen e këtij vendimi, paraqitet edhe një lloj manipulimi me atë të rinjve, që nënkupton pluralizmin dhe demokracinë. Po liria duhet mbajtur mend, sepse të drejtat politike e sociale janë të cënuara. Këtë e tregon më së miri edhe situata shqiptare, e cila ka mbetur e përqafuar nga makutëria politike e përherëshme. Si një demokraci që në esencën e saj mbetet e cunguar, ajo është shumë larg realizimit të plotë të tranzicionit. Më e rrezikshmja është se edhe nëpërmjet pushtetit, disa figura politike po përdorin fjalën demokraci si një maskë për të mbuluar interesat e tyre të ngushta.

Il lungo processo di transizione democratica sta entrando in una nuova fase. In attesa di questa decisione, compare anche una forma di manipolazione nei confronti dei giovani, che implica pluralismo e democrazia. Ma la libertà va tenuta presente, perché i diritti politici e sociali vengono lesi. Lo dimostra al meglio anche la situazione albanese, rimasta avvolta da una persistente avidità politica. Essendo una democrazia che nella sua essenza rimane incompleta, è molto lontana dal realizzare pienamente la transizione. La cosa più pericolosa è che persino attraverso il potere, alcune figure politiche stanno usando la parola democrazia come una maschera per coprire i propri interessi ristretti.
