The “Nano” theory freezes; the PS signs against Nano.
In the Kosovo theory, in the sense of how it can be removed, it is identified by people and political groups in Tirana.
In a first phase, all those who wish should declare a clear position on Kosovo, and should not have any illusions about the way its problem can be solved.
Within this framework, it is stated that Albanian politics should be unified around its stance toward Kosovo, and that any maneuver that takes the issue off its rightful path damages national interests.
However, the links with developments in parliament and with debates about the government should also be noted, where the opposition and the majority are clashing over political responsibilities.

Dëringë teoria e Kosovës, në min se si do të munden të hiqet, identifikohet nga njerëzit dhe grupet politike në Tiranë.
Në një fazë të parë, të gjithë ata që dëshirojnë e shpallin një qëndrim të qartë për Kosovën, të mos të kenë asnjë iluzion për mënyrën se si mund të zgjidhet problemi i saj.
Në këtë kuadër, artikulohet se politika shqiptare duhet të jetë e unifikuar rreth qëndrimit të saj ndaj Kosovës, dhe se çdo manovër që e nxjerr çështjen nga rruga e saj e drejtë, dëmton interesat kombëtare.
Megjithatë, duhet të shquhen edhe lidhjet me zhvillimet në parlament dhe me debatet për qeverinë, ku opozita dhe mazhoranca po përplasen për përgjegjësitë politike.

Nella teoria del Kosovo, nel senso di come possa essere rimossa, viene individuata da persone e gruppi politici a Tirana.
In una prima fase, tutti coloro che lo desiderano dovrebbero dichiarare una posizione chiara sul Kosovo e non nutrire alcuna illusione sul modo in cui il problema possa essere risolto.
In questo quadro, si afferma che la politica albanese dovrebbe essere unificata attorno alla sua posizione verso il Kosovo, e che ogni manovra che allontani la questione dal suo giusto percorso danneggia gli interessi nazionali.
Tuttavia, vanno notati anche i legami con gli sviluppi in parlamento e con i dibattiti sul governo, dove opposizione e maggioranza si scontrano sulle responsabilità politiche.
