In the issue set out above, in the other Albania, in the broader life many important things are examined as our country joins Western civilization. Everything linked to this, if we accept the dominance of sound judgment, would matter to Albanians. And even a lighter government would regard it as a good proposal. Since from everything that has been presented in this way, what citizens hold as unsupported is a news item? First, does Albania exist as a real state? Second, has it been built, is it genuine? Is it governed through the contents of governance? There is something that has not happened, and that is the question. So, truly, Albania as a state? That is the question. If the above questions are not demonstrated? Reasonable? Governance along with everything else? That is the real question. Does Albania exist as a real state? Another? Të përligjësie të shtruar më sipër, në Shqipërinë tjetër, në jetën e madhe shqyrtohen shumë gjëra që janë me rëndësi, ndërsa vendi ynë i bashkohet qytetërimit perëndimor. Gjithçka çlidhjeve, nëse mëshirojmë mbizotërimin e mendimit të drejtë, do të ishte për shqiptarin. Dhe vetë një qeverisje e lehtë i konsideron, si një propozim të mirë. Meqë nga gjithçka që është prezantuar prej tillë, ajo që qytetarët e mbajnë si të pambështetur, është një lajm? Së pari, a e ekziston Shqipëria si shtet i vërtetë? Së dyti, a është ndërtuar ajo, a është e vërtetë? A është e qeverisur përmes përmbajtjeve të qeverisjes? Ka diçka, për çka s’ka ndodhur, e kjo është pyetje. Tash, vërtet, Shqipëria si shtet? Kjo është pyetja. Nëse pyetjet e mësipërme nuk dëshmohen? Të arsyeshme? Qeverisja bashkë me të gjitha të tjerat? Kjo është pyetja e saktë. A ekziston Shqipëria si shtet i vërtetë? Tjetër? A është e ndërtuar ajo, a është e vërtetë? A është e qeverisur përmes përmbajtjeve? Ka diçka, për çka s’ka ndodhur, e kjo është pyetje. Tash, vërtet, Shqipëria si shtet? Kjo është pyetja. Nëse pyetjet e mësipërme nuk dëshmohen? Të arsyeshme? Qeverisja bashkë me të gjitha të tjerat? Kjo është pyetja e saktë.

Nella questione posta sopra, nell’altra Albania, nella vita più ampia si esaminano molte cose importanti mentre il nostro paese si unisce alla civiltà occidentale. Tutto ciò che è collegato a questo, se accettiamo il predominio del buon senso, dovrebbe interessare gli albanesi. E persino un governo più leggero lo considererebbe una buona proposta. Poiché, da tutto ciò che è stato presentato in questo modo, ciò che i cittadini ritengono infondato è una notizia? Primo, esiste l’Albania come Stato reale? Secondo, è stata costruita, è autentica? È governata attraverso i contenuti del governo? C’è qualcosa che non è accaduto, ed è questa la domanda. Dunque, davvero, l’Albania come Stato? Questa è la domanda. Se le domande sopra non vengono dimostrate? Ragionevoli? Il governo insieme a tutto il resto? Questa è la vera domanda. Esiste l’Albania come vero Stato? Altro? È stata costruita, è autentica? È governata attraverso i contenuti? C’è qualcosa che non è accaduto, ed è questa la domanda. Dunque, davvero, l’Albania come Stato? Questa è la domanda. Se le domande sopra non vengono dimostrate? Ragionevoli? Il governo insieme a tutto il resto? Questa è la vera domanda.
