Sometimes they also seem cold in tone, but as Berisha said, they were only "a small step," but an important one. In this way they were concluding toward normalizing their activities. But unlike the opposition militants, who in their crowd were very quickly drawing a conclusion that they understood as reducing division, normalization and the organization of the whole system. In fact, in his analysis, it was very simple: a free "hups" in communication with the Democratic Party, by means of the second turn, of these cold talks. But he said that the meetings would continue and that negotiations would continue for a period as well.

Nganjëherë duken edhe të ftohta në tonin, por siç tha edhe Berisha, ishin vetëm "një hap i vogël", por i rëndësishëm. Duke e përfunduar në një mënyrë më normalizimin e veprimtarive të tyre. Por ndryshe nga militantët e opozitës, që në turmën e tyre po e bënin shumë shpejt një përfundim të cilët ata kishin kuptimin e uljes së ndarjes, normalizimit dhe e organizimin e gjithë sistemit. Në të vërtetë, në analizën e tij, ishte tepër e thjeshtë: një "hups" i lirë në komunikimin me Partinë demokratike, me anë të kthesës së dytë, të këtyre bisedimeve të ftohta. Por ai tha se takimet do të vazhdonin dhe se edhe për një periudhë do të vazhdonin negociatat.

Ma, a differenza dei militanti dell’opposizione, che nella loro folla arrivavano molto rapidamente a una conclusione interpretata come riduzione della divisione, normalizzazione e organizzazione dell’intero sistema. In realtà, nella sua analisi era molto semplice: un libero "hups" nella comunicazione con il Partito Democratico, tramite la seconda svolta, di questi colloqui freddi. Ma disse che gli incontri sarebbero continuati e che anche i negoziati sarebbero proseguiti per un periodo.
