Such a break should finally be made and thus a society should be raised in service of tomorrow, where the struggle for power is not accompanied by the confrontation of different forces, backwardness and violence, but by a culture of citizenship and stable institutions. Occorre infine compiere una tale rottura e far sorgere così al servizio del domani una società in cui la lotta per il potere non sia accompagnata dal confronto di forze diverse, dall'arretratezza e dalla violenza, ma da una cultura di cittadinanza e da istituzioni stabili.
