The role of international diplomacy in Kosovo is being rejected by Mr. Rasham, who has spread the illusion [?]. The report says that after SHIK there must also be some other service involved. Among other things, Mr. Shijaku says that to solve the Kosovo problem, an alternative government defense should be built on the basis of the armed resistance of Albanians.

In un rapporto dell’Istituto per lo studio della politica estera, preparato e consegnato al Dipartimento di Stato, si afferma che anche lo SHIK è stato coinvolto nell’ombra del conflitto in Kosovo. Nel rapporto si dice che dopo lo SHIK ci deve essere anche qualche altro servizio coinvolto. Nel frattempo, il signor Bledar Shijaku afferma che il mancato riconoscimento del Kosovo, che avrebbe conseguenze negative per l’Albania, non può essere risolto con questi mezzi. Tra l’altro, il signor Shijaku sostiene che per risolvere il problema del Kosovo occorre costruire una difesa governativa alternativa sulla base della resistenza armata degli albanesi.
