13 parties demand that the election law be brought before Parliament
The 13 parties insist on their request for the consideration of the law “On some changes to the electoral law”
It is again the Republican Party that has announced another statement following the Declaration of the 13 Parties, dated 8 September 1995.
And once again, it is the signatures of the 13 chairmen of the 13 parties that support this declaration, this time asking the Presidium of the People’s Assembly to place the review of the amendments to the electoral law on the agenda for discussion under an expedited procedure.
As it seems, the earlier declaration ended up on Mr. Arbnori’s desk, but although it was also supported by the signatures of 40 deputies, so far there is no sign that it can be considered within this year. Apparently, the Presidium of the Assembly’s procedural delays make it somewhat complicated for it to compel the chancellors of the 13 parties, who, despite having achieved a partial victory in the consensus with the President of the Republic on the 4% threshold and the number of deputies, to turn again to Mr. Arbnori.
Perhaps the statements by Brojka and SHED and the continued exclusion of the PD from the all-party consensus were also the reasons that increased the parties’ skepticism and the push for their insistence on the electoral law.
According to the Republican leader, Mr. Sabri Godo, by the end of this year all political subjects should have the electoral law in their hands in order to enable the start of a fair and calm election campaign.

Socialists threaten participants with cutting off assistance
The socialist agitators were also assisted with great zeal by the PSD section chairman for the municipality, Bilbil Çifligu.
In addition to the bad weather, as a result of rain that did not stop for two days straight, Mr. Sabri Godo’s meeting with the residents of the Lumas municipality in Berat was also made more difficult by provocations from the socialists, who tried to disrupt the rally by threatening the residents.

Nano does not seek a review of the trial
Fatos Nano confirms that he is guilty.
This is learned through his lawyers, who clarify that Fatos Nano is not filing a request for a review of the trial. The request for a review of the trial is made by the person serving the final sentence when he is convinced that, after this decision, new facts have been discovered which were not uncovered during the investigation and the trial, but emerged from the evolution of events and the judgment of the third party related to the accused’s charge. Nano’s lawyers clarify that they will file such a request after the elections do

The first 10,000 copies of the PRSH program
These days, the first 10,000 copies of the publication run of the program of the Albanian Republican Party will go into circulation.
The revised PRSH program is an enrichment of the existing program with contemporary ideas and alternatives imposed by the developments of Albanian society itself in the period since its first publication in 1991,
As emphasized in the Program, it synthesizes the experience of the PRSH in its struggle to break with the communist past and manifests the inclusion of national consciousness.
At the same time and in due course the clear position of the PRSH as a conservative and anti-communist right-wing party, a political practice that “stems from the right and is realized in the principles of modern conservatism, patriotism, democracy, the rule of law, property, morality, the family and the free market economy.”
The thought and practice of the PRSH are based on the patriotic traditions of the National Renaissance, on the valuable achievements of European-American conservatism and on its political experience. The PRSH has clearly positioned itself as a right-wing party. It considers communism an enemy of the nation and the Left its main political opponent.

The Albanian stewardesses who have moved around in various places in Europe have never been treated this way. They are facing a treatment being imposed by the Italian authorities, because this happens not only to them and not to their colleagues, even if they are from the East.
