The paradoxes in the very present with Europe suggest that only by fulfilling certain conditions with Albanians in Europe will political force be given to the new Albania. Therefore, since these conditions are now seen as necessary for Euro-integration, they think that if Albania manages to follow the right path, Europe will also catch up with it. This is also confirmed by recent developments seen at the tables of various organizations, as well as politicians.[?]
Representatives of the Democratic Party, in the leadership of the government, have been careful about these numerous matters, especially in this period when the country faces the 26 May elections. As has been seen, they are organizing their political campaigns on the basis of specific groups, in order to avoid the risk of a possible political chaos. However, in the latest developments, they cannot fail to carry through to the end, and some changes have been made in their programs coordinated with different countries. Thus, to Europe, for the 26 May elections, many of the people who trusted the new democrats have gone, in order to believe once and for all in them, to secure their condemnation in a possible reversal, based on the misinterpretations held by people in the 26 May elections.
At this stage they want to maintain the belief that we have come to the PD. For these reasons that need to be resolved [?] by Europe, matters have been regular. Little by little, in a suitable and gradual way, they have reached what is considered a satisfactory result, even though it has sometimes been accompanied by elements of compromise. Those who want to take this process further are considered to be those who should be reflected in a path that is ever more upward and true, and not directed toward another road of political and economic ideas, other ones inclined to avoid failures, which are also visible in Albanian governance, but which must go further to guarantee what may be necessary for the country.
Within this whole, in the future, the elections in Albania should be given great importance, and so should the assessments given by European institutions. This is not only because there must be an open and sincere dialogue, but also because of the importance of security on the road to integration, with the aim of avoiding any possible loss.
With this, we must keep in mind that the road ahead for Albania is not easy and requires not only understanding and cooperation, but also a clear vision that can guide the uncertainties that may arise from rapid changes. Therefore, it is necessary to continue with cautious steps and with constructive dialogue, because only in this way can lasting benefits be achieved and unnecessary tensions avoided.
With this whole process, it is emphasized that responsibility for the success of dialogue does not belong to only one side, but to all political and social forces that see the country's future in Europe. And finally, to achieve this goal, maximalist positions must be avoided and compromise accepted as a necessary instrument of progress.
