Who are the terrorists in Kosovo

Bukoshi: If there had been a “Kosovo Liberation Army,” things would have been different For several months, a number of attacks against Serbian police stations and Serbian citizens living there have become the order of the day in Kosovo. Given that the victims of these attacks are Serbian citizens, at first glance it would seem that the attackers or organizers of these acts must be Albanians. And indeed, some of these attacks are being claimed by a group about which all that is known is that it is called the “Kosovo Liberation Army.” Even if the claims for these attacks were accepted as true, it would have made more sense for Albanian bombs to have exploded in Belgrade and not in Kosovo, where, in every district, the only people who suffer are Albanians. And the Serbian authorities themselves are aware of this; they have nipped in the bud every attempt by Kosovo Albanians—not to form an army, but even to establish a single police force in Kosovo. The sentences handed down to Albanians accused of such a thing have not been light. Page 5 Prishtinë, 1990
