Terrorizing the electorate
Now that the government program has been completely hollowed out and no macroeconomic stimulus is guiding the country’s economic development, certain political forces are preparing new electoral choices.
The new idea entrepreneur, surprisingly, is the DP, which says it is deeply interested in the evolution of democratic tendencies, in implementing a stabilization policy, strengthening institutional order, and achieving long-term economic and political development. It is true that today’s Albanian crisis has shaken economic, political, and institutional life, but the political response to the shocks is imposed according to a common model, determined a priori by politicians who seek only power.
