Berisha said yesterday that pressure from the Socialists in power does not allow the opposition’s political participation and activity, even when it comes to major events such as the adoption of the constitution. In reality, the DP’s delays in the constitutional process, rather than being a challenge to the Socialist revanche, were driven by a political atmosphere poisoned by intolerance.
