The policy of blind relations and Serbian clubs, according to the theory of Čubrilović and others, has reached a level of counter-[?] diplomacy; the Euro-American stance has overturned the conviction that the problem must be resolved immediately, by democratic means. The world’s wise minds have clearly understood that Albanians in the former Yugoslavia are an important element, both in demographic terms and in numbers, but also in terms of human, intellectual, economic and other potential.
