What is peace worth?

Belgrade’s scenarios are becoming evident one after another. Although the Serbs loudly declared that they would not sit at the same table with the KLA, although they selected from their flock of compliant people—Albanian-speaking, self-proclaimed Albanian-speaking leaders of phantom Albanian parties, an Egyptian Roma, a Turk for show—although the Albanian delegation was hindered from arriving in Rambouillet on time, the historic meeting began. Both sides have arrived sworn not to give an inch to the other. The Serbs did not forget to fire shells on the eve of the meeting, not only in Kosovo but also inside the Albanian border.
