To Mr. Bujar Bukoshi
To Mr. Hashim Thaçi
(Wherever you may be)
Dear compatriot brothers Bujar Bukoshi and Hashim Thaçi,
I address you simply in order of age, you two Albanian men from Kosovo whom the course of events, your role and your merits have placed in the front ranks of today’s war, decisive for the fate of Kosovo and the Nation. We are convinced that each of you, with the groups and structures you represent, has worked and striven for Kosovo’s defense and freedom.
As you know very well, the division of Albanians is a most diabolical goal and Milošević’s most dangerous weapon. Historically, division has been the sharpest and most poisonous weapon of the occupiers and enemies of our nation. During the days of Rambouillet, millions of Albanian eyes were fixed with hope and admiration on the united Albanian delegation, and millions of Albanian hearts at home and abroad beat with joy, faith and pride in you for the unity your colleagues demonstrated unanimously and which you signed publicly, before the whole world. For the sake of the sacred national ideal, do not allow that unity to be undermined! Unity is the most precious thing needed today in the war for the liberation of Ko-
