Kosovo, Serbia's hostage?

Milosheviçi will accept the new joint peace plan prepared by the European Union, the USA and Russia. The Great Powers are watching very carefully what the Serbian leader is prepared to do. What will happen is precisely the acceptance of the Bonn Agreement. “We are very close to an agreement,” declared the president of Serbia, Milan Milutinoviç. And while what truly happened was grave, the investigations did not come to a standstill. In fact, this required a relatively long time P. 9
