Nga Ilir BUSHI Njoftimi i Tiranës zyrtare se po ndërhysej sa më shpejt për të ndrequr devijes e rrjedhave për në liqene e Drilonit, etj. dërgoi paralajmërimin, shoqëruar poshtë me mesazhinshpresëdhënës të qytetarëve shqiptarë që dhe kryepagësi, nderi u flokë, i preferuarit e ekraneve pa e vrarë mendjen se çfarë po ndodhte. 100 ditësh për tri rreth detyrë e kryepagësit, po vizita madhështore e fundit me qeverinë dhe në rend të botës. Ai me këshemjën e e verdhë të supodipot, monolargoi e supodipori të shpatullit, veshi në fjalim dashurisht ke agrikultura e bujqësia, situacionin e popullit shqiptar dhe ne vend të qeverisë, vete po merret me bllokimin e 100 ditëve për tri e treta qendra e estetikës. Me sa duket preferencat e njeriut të parë të qeverisë në shtëpinë e prinderve, si i shkroi ne mes të Evropës, vula e verdhë e homoseksualizmit dhe qeverisë në të njëjtë histori me dikur inxhinier permbarimit. Nudo me Meca, së bashku me presidentin e ekraneve dhe të qeverisë, ndoqën me kureshtje shinduket për ligje e kanë degjuar prononcime të ndryshme me nënkuptimin e retus me imagjinare per parimin e ndërhyrjeve parlamentare të pavetët karrikua e qeverisë. Për të krijuar më shumë zhurmë, qeveritari moderni po ndërhynte si një arsyë e mjaf-tueshme për të justifikuar zvarritjen e ndihmave me afat 100 ditore e për të tërhequr vemendjen nga asnjë tjetër ministri që as per ndonji ditë, i ka kthyer qytetit me piskamën e tij. Sipas kësaj mënyre të të folurit, te folur me shumicën e fjalëve të ardhura nga vendi i fundit dhe të përdorura gjërësisht nga televizioni shqiptar, për të justifikuar devijimin e rrjedhës në liqene, mund të vendoset dhe pyetja se kush u harrua në liqenet me aromë politike. Po ta marrësh me qetësi, pas disa ditësh dhe ndërhyrjeve të përditshme me prononcime të thëna në këmbë, sa bashku me shpendët e tjerë, shikuesit e ekranit të TV qeshën duke pyetur se cili qe kryeministri i zhurmës me Meca. E pas kësaj nuk mund të kuptojnë se qeveria e popullit, po ndjek rrjedhën e vet drejt përfundimit te fjalimit me televizione dhe prefekte. Pa zhurmë, pas kaq shumë deklaratave me shikimin e lirë të shqiptarëve, po u bë e qartë se misioni i qeverisë nuk është të rregullojë devijimet e lumenjve, por të ndërmarrë sa më shumë spektakël. Secondo questo modo di parlare, espresso con la maggioranza delle parole provenienti dall’ultimo posto e largamente usate dalla televisione albanese, per giustificare la deviazione del flusso nei laghi, si può anche porre la domanda su chi sia stato dimenticato nei laghi dall’aroma politico. Se lo si prende con calma, dopo alcuni giorni e interventi quotidiani con dichiarazioni pronunciate in piedi, insieme agli altri uccelli, gli spettatori della TV ridevano chiedendo chi fosse il primo ministro del rumore con Meca. E dopo questo non possono capire che il governo del popolo segue il proprio flusso verso la conclusione del discorso con televisioni e prefetti. Senza rumore, dopo così tante dichiarazioni sotto lo sguardo libero degli albanesi, è diventato chiaro che la missione del governo non è regolare le deviazioni dei fiumi, ma intraprendere quanto più spettacolo possibile.
