By Ilir Bushi Today the Constitutional Court is expected to rule in session on the sadistic parliamentary appointments of the arch-socialist Nano, as well as those of the High Court, which even now with temporary members has been placed in blatant unconstitutionality. The situation in the judiciary where the arch-socialist and his satanic tools operate, and where the constitutional matter is the work of the ignorance of the paid henchmen of the dictator who died, Arbnori, of this failed government. Yesterday’s decisions to give the green light to the former chief investigators of the dictatorship, had it not been for the handling of their monstrous administration by the bloodstained prime minister, would have solved a social problem, but would also have further distinguished and reformed justice. The issue of the former chief investigators gains reason to be discussed more broadly, because the requests, or for review, are in order, and for the paid henchmen of the former Leader, then this structure, it faces the unavoidable and this unconstitutional plan of this government on the threshold of its mandate makes both sides extremely cynical and unacceptable. In the efforts for a clear judicial process, what has been presented and what has been left in the shadows must be laid out. This government armed them with its destructive tools, in order to create the idea that the government can continue to move forward with the properties of Albanians in corrupt and criminal zones, as well as with its wicked plans to implicate them in a second sale of territories, and it must escape not only moral condemnation but also criminal punishment. But is it not clear that the attempt to discredit the Constitutional Court is also in line with all Albanian totalitarian propaganda, and that if that institution were to decide that the government is defending the interests of the arch-socialist and his clique, who are the main responsible parties for this catastrophe, then the big question of who the thieves of Albanians’ property are would have a new address only for a special criminal elite and would burst forth as an accusation against Prime Minister Nano and his government. If the frightened government puts into circulation dark theories about former owners’ interest in the projects with suspicious money, there is no doubt that this is a misuse[?] because when an Albanian property earned through the effort and sacrifices of generations is becoming prey to extortion by a communist government brought back in revenge through the scheming of the nomenklatura, then by what right can suspicions be cast on a government of such composition over the burden of the historical fault of property developments and such an opinion created, which today is being projected as a falsified platform of a government that destroyed property rights as a historical and democratic fact and has never been reformed from its own past. It is clear that since today there is no courage to let go of the idea that the current government uses the old Stalinist violence to fulfill its objectives, the immorality of the government becomes even more evident. This is a general analysis that can be expanded and a call that problems are not closed with clichés, but with constitutional solutions, and for a new political climate that puts an end to confusion and encourages respect for institutions.
