Institution silent?

In the black refuge and in the assessments for an institutionalized Albania. This institutionalism, it seems, existed but has been replaced by new ideas. The Prime Minister, Kosta[?]tori and especially with the favoritism of today's government official of this? Cuma? those hysa where, facing a serious degree of integration into the structures of democracy, but with regret, the corruption of administration through words. To achieve this change it has been and not as they have let it be understood, corrupted down to the smallest cells that even legalism is of the Prime Minister, up to the withdrawal of the minister, which is based on the private act and the punished corrupted institution. The figures of the investigation and of the disappearance? of evidence? are also included directly in the movements of the internationals. Only in one phrase? The General's? are targeted? issues included in the resolutions against? with a company name? of phase? the criminalization of political life is the place? with unseen? prohibitions? in the criminalized terrain of our country? and the arrest of several people. Words? and some in a look? of criminal? and corrupt? activity. These are lived facts with a behavior and distortion. This is the example of this protest with the insensitivity with which a irresponsible layer can play with many institutions. In this corruption? in this corruption the entire top echelon has also been brought in trouble. This has made faith in the so-called stability? of the stateless? power waver. When, in this case, a veteran? layer? of the prosecutor's office and the country's institutions is involved. And in an unavoidable way, it brings help to the criminal administration? in the threads of the institutions, especially in the prosecutor's office. Why is the Punishment Institution silent?

We are beginning to feel a concern, and the north is still on alert for a long time. Does it deserve this morning and does the time call for us to discover that we have a duty, and if the rule of our activity is such that there is a line of moral behavior and corruption. Cynn with those hysa where it involves itself? We uncover and punish it? The same action? has been done and continues to be done in some segments? of the police, even by covering? previous governments, it is showing? calm and newly institutionalized. They have gained a moral name? and have become a terrain of inevitability? of honesty, especially in the prosecutor's office. Has our responsibility entered the offices where they present? in a way? to the institution and to the punished? without so-called? forces? people who eat the armchairs every day? and abuse? their post! Meanwhile it is also? that thieves, top criminals and the most notorious killers of this country remain free. But who allowed it? With what authority? people who have a connection to governance? criminalized down to the lowest links? and with the collaboration of the local police, the accused person? is the one who should be under arrest! Thus, in an unavoidable way and with the arrogance that only power? gives, a computer-like structure? has been created for us, from which all? happens to us? the thrust of a small group? in number, but powerful and tied to one another. First and last? these people are seeking to blow up and every corpus? of democracy and of the Albanian state and government by bringing, through their favored corruption, a system that has crossed every boundary of reason.
What happened? in the prosecutor's offices? is an alarm signal. Those who remain silent are just as responsible as those who commit the act. This institution cannot be defended with statements, but with concrete actions. Public opinion wants to know why nothing is being done, who protects them, and how far the chain of abuse goes. If silence continues, silence becomes complicit.
