OSCE spokesperson speaks At the initiative of the OSCE embassy, a seminar on the fight against corruption was organized yesterday in Tirana. Representatives of the government, parliament, political parties, the press and non-governmental organizations came together at a round table to discuss the phenomenon of corruption. During this event, the spokesperson of the OSCE mission in Albania, Mr. Xhovani Porta, as well as an Italian university professor, presented positions, arguments and conclusions on corruption, ranging from corruption in institutions to the failure to respect public goods.
