The end-of-century festival sets a new “Guinness” record. The Libohova sisters leave for home without realizing that they have won first prize, and do not greet the spectators as is customary. Thus marking a new element in the façade of Albanian absurdity, the organizers of the 38th Festival brought the musical activities of this turbulent end of the century to a paradoxical close.
