Prosecutor General Arben Rakipi has confirmed the news that the control group of the Council of Ministers has submitted a file concerning Economy and Privatization Minister Zef Preçi to the Central Prosecutor’s Office. “A simple examination of this material has revealed elements of a criminal offense,” the Albanian chief prosecutor said publicly yesterday.
