The bank emphasized that, despite deposits throughout the country and strict control of withdrawals, the savings bank is available to every citizen with demand deposits and time deposits. It is reported that the excitement over withdrawals is moral, dismissed by monetary specialists, who have made it possible for Savings Bank depositors to be reassured. According to this bank, even after all this, the Savings Bank is seeing withdrawals increase by 5 to 6 billion lek per day.
