What is the Albanian government and parliament waiting for? The Romanian Parliament began its work for this year last Thursday with several changes to the parliamentary rules and included parliamentary coalitions with parties, which for the first time not only proposed and drafted by law but also made possible the creation of a subcommittee to examine the issue of the return and compensation of properties. The arrival of the new government and the new president of Romania sparked hope among owners that one of the first electoral promises made by the government and the head of state would now be fulfilled.
