The parliamentary Foreign Policy Commission is said to have declared at the meeting chaired by Arian Madhi the issue of examining the Memorandum of Understanding that has been signed by the government and the Stability Pact, Kosovo and Albania. According to this memorandum, 8.5 billion has been made available for the Port of Durrës, which is of the greatest economic importance for the country, and the interested party to sign this agreement. The parliamentary Foreign Policy Commission is calling for the signing of a Memorandum in the countries concerned such as Italy, Macedonia and Albania. However, regarding the issue of saving Corridor 8 and the Port of Durrës, which had been planned for 5 billion, but not for 8 billion. During his stay at the White House, U.S. President Bill Clinton gave television interviews on CBS in the program “60 minutes”, where he praised the mission of the Euro-Atlantic alliance in Kosovo, as well as the reasons why the U.S. will continue the mission successfully. In his speech he drew comparisons between the war in Vietnam, the mission of the western states in KFOR, in the Persian Gulf, George Bush and American policies. He emphasized that the five pillars are those that determine economic growth in Gji- lan, infrastructure development and the work of the KFOR entity in a U.S. camp in Gji- rok within the framework of KFOR. Gjilan and the White House have announced that this may be a kind of division of political positions, but also a new approach to the reasons that the USA can make in the final process. He said he was more than convinced that this future of Kosovo had been prepared”, adding that at last he had put forward the idea that it would not be placed for an indefinite time in a training ground more important in the Balkans. He was also used to reaffirm on “60 minutes” the commitment of the USA to the peaceful future of Kosovo and then for the delayed clarification of the socialists regarding the mission in the Middle East and the public reaction of the American administration, towards Mexico upon the arrival of the chief- rit. 5

The head of PBDNJ, Sali Milo, convicted in the wiretapping case, complains about a distortion in the name of the case and about an omission in the prosecutor’s presentation value. He is asking the High Council of Justice to resolve this problem. The Minister of Kosovo has anonymously requested to testify again before the court, describing this action as irresponsible.
