Vlora, the next “political island”
PAGE 5 EDITORIAL By Agim BAÇI Vlora, the next “political island” The current rulers, lacking even a shred of governing delicacy, declare that the elections of 1 October will be a splendid victory for them. Vlora. The unification of the wealthy class against the poor, the use of gangs and “free forces” to bring about victory for the “politics of force,” is pushing those in power toward a new adventure. Many years. University people and not only them. They have appeared and declared that Vlora must be such a “pass” and has been lost... and with another look or a particular thought, in a time of calm and insecurity. This is the repeated history of the new class enriched by the speed of its creation. These times of rage, disaster and poverty among the people of Vlora have passed through a bad bargain caused by politics. This phenomenon, at first a time of violence and calm, has emerged and become fully tangible. No one should be given any reason to think that the creation of a “political island,” which will be at the center of the entire election campaign, could reignite tension and cause other people. The movement of Vlora must be the opposite. The new left-wing government must be responsible and break away from a division that is taking yet another step backward for its citizens. It must be clear that the elections of 1 October will be held in the climate of its own area.

This was confirmed by the distribution structure and it has turned the government place into a hotel with all its flaws and useless services. The international authority confirmed the distribution structure and it has turned the government place into a hotel that is a vertical for the recipients

Handcuffs ready for the rulers
Rumors about the humanitarian aid sent to the Albania of the Kosovars have verified that its distribution is being looted. This fact has led the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office to prepare a considerable number of arrests. This was made known to “Republika” by local sources. The State Government has caused the investigations to be accelerated by dismissing the government in office. No one should be given any reason to think that the distribution of aid will be free. All the checks have led to officials and the distribution structures

Albania without financing, donors withdrawing
As a stimulus comes to build, but the government once again has no supply from donors and Brussels is keeping a certain protocol in the work and in the aid. But what has been done so far, to finance these ve[d?], is failing. Thus the Kosovars have moved forward by putting up h[e?]rimin to be built on their own. This has made it difficult for Albania even to finance the vertically delivered houses

PS for Berisha to go... no, not to go PD: We do not need police protection The government of Vlora is being politicized so much from Tirana that it may seem that Vlora no longer belongs to the people of Vlora, but to politics. page 3
