Yesterday, the prime minister spoke one moment about one thing, then about another, because the speech had neither structure, nor evidence, nor any guarantee that the same thing could not happen tomorrow. The prime minister’s accusations regarding the tender for the second mobile operator show that the government cannot even keep control over its own administration. In such a case, if what the prime minister said is true, we are dealing with an incapable government. Or, at best, with a structure that hides the truth until the moment it finds it useful to reveal it. In this case, the whole tender story is a political instrument in the service of the day.
