Nga erjon ÇOBANI Diku në mes hoksave, lakmive, akuzës, apoteozës e dyshimit komunist shqiptar u kthye në gomar për të tretën herë. “Ju! ka bërë vaki me ju!” batuta e aktorit të madh të komedisë shqiptare në filmin “Kapedani” i shkon për shtat mirë e mirë edhe opozitës së sotme shqiptare. “Fiksi fare” do të thoshte me plot kuptimin e saj qeveria e sotme e Fatos Nanos. Kjo ishte dhe është e vetmja armë e fuqishme në duart e pushtetit aktual për oshtimën e madhërishme të krizës ekonomike. Vendi përfundoi në buzë të greminës po puna e hallit shkaktoi daljen në pah të “qeverisë të shëndoshë”! Dje në sallën e kinemasë për herë të parë doli e qartë se reforma në drejtësi po përparon. Për të 70 mijë kreditorët e “Gjallicës” do të organizohen seanca gjyqësore ku ata do të mundin të ndjekin nga afër “se si vendoset ligji”. Nga ana tjetër, ministri i Rendit, Ilir Gjoni u shpreh i gatshëm për kapjen e “tradhtarit” të Këshillit të Ministrave në mënyrë që të përcaktohet se mos në dosje ka pasur ndonjë dokument të falsifikuar apo të papërkthyer. Edhe strukturat e korigjuara të KESH-it nën monitorimin e Fatos Nanos e dyfishuan me sukses dritën në fund të tunelit. Kjo do të thotë se për nja dy muaj qeveria shqiptare do të ketë më shumë energji se ç’i duhet. Mjafton të ketë këto 70 mijë lecka nëpër gjyqe. For the 70 thousand creditors of “Gjallica,” court hearings will be organized where they will be able to follow closely “how the law is decided.” On the other hand, the Minister of Public Order, Ilir Gjoni, declared himself ready to catch the “traitor” of the Council of Ministers so that it may be determined whether the file had any falsified or untranslated document. Even the corrected structures of KESH under the monitoring of Fatos Nano successfully doubled the light at the end of the tunnel. Vi è mai capitato?”—la battuta del grande attore della commedia albanese nel film “Kapedani” si adatta molto bene, anzi perfettamente, all’opposizione albanese di oggi. “Proprio così”, si potrebbe dire nel suo pieno significato del governo attuale di Fatos Nano. Questa era ed è l’unica arma potente nelle mani del potere attuale per la grandiosa risonanza della crisi economica. Il paese è finito sull’orlo del precipizio, ma la necessità ha provocato l’emergere del “governo sano”! Ieri nella sala cinematografica è apparso chiaro per la prima volta che la riforma della giustizia sta avanzando. Per i 70 mila creditori della “Gjallica” saranno organizzate udienze giudiziarie nelle quali potranno seguire da vicino “come viene decisa la legge”. Dall’altra parte, il ministro dell’Ordine pubblico, Ilir Gjoni, si è detto pronto a catturare il “traditore” del Consiglio dei ministri affinché si stabilisca se nel dossier vi fosse qualche documento falsificato o non tradotto. Anche le strutture corrette del KESH sotto il monitoraggio di Fatos Nano hanno raddoppiato con successo la luce in fondo al tunnel. Ciò significa che per circa due mesi il governo albanese avrà più energia di quanta ne serva. Basta avere questi 70 mila stracci in giro per i tribunali.

AKE: Të miratohet Strategjia Kombëtare e Energjisë Marrëveshja me KESH-in parashikon instalimin e matësave në shtëpi. Në një kohë kur të gjitha këto ngjarje kanë mbërritur në një pikë kritike, e dërguara e “Republikës” në Kosovë njofton që po bëhen përgatitjet dhe po merren masat, që secili qytetar, nëse do drita, të shkojë para arkës që të kryejë pagesën. Në këtë mënyrë, qeveria po bën atë që po bën shteti shqiptar me pyjet, arin e Vlorës, me të gjitha. Me pak fjalë, për ta nuk ka rëndësi sa shtrenjtë e merr energjinë njeriu, por me rëndësi është që nëpërmjet pagesës të realizohen ata qëllime të mbrapshta në llogari të xhepave të perversëve të këtij regjimi. Nga specialistët e elektrokorporatës ka ardhur alarmi se po mendohet ngritja e mëtejshme e çmimit të energjisë. Kjo ngjarje vjen pas nënshkrimit të marrëveshjes ndërmjet KESH-it dhe Agjencisë Kombëtare të Energjisë. Sipas kësaj marrëveshjeje energjia elektrike do të ketë vlerë të ndryshme sipas fashave, sa është shpenzuar dhe orareve. Në këtë kuptim, masa e parë do të jetë vendosja e matësave të energjisë në secilën familje. Qeveria nuk ka bërë kurse për të ndihmuar të varfërit, por ka shpikur një plan të ri, sipas të cilit qeveria do ta përcaktojë nga lart konsumin e energjisë dhe ajo do ta faturojë me këtë rritje. Agjencia Kombëtare e Energjisë deklaron se nuk ka asnjë hap prapa dhe se zbatimi i këtij plani do të jetë i menjëhershëm. In un momento in cui tutti questi avvenimenti sono arrivati a un punto critico, l’inviata di “Republika” in Kosovo informa che si stanno facendo i preparativi e si stanno prendendo misure affinché ogni cittadino, se vuole la luce, vada alla cassa a effettuare il pagamento. In questo modo il governo fa ciò che lo Stato albanese sta facendo con le foreste, l’oro di Valona, con tutto. In breve, per loro non importa quanto cara l’energia venga acquistata dalla gente, ma importa che attraverso il pagamento si realizzino quegli scopi perversi a vantaggio delle tasche dei perversi di questo regime. Dagli specialisti della corporazione elettrica è giunto l’allarme che si sta pensando a un ulteriore aumento del prezzo dell’energia. Questo evento arriva dopo la firma dell’accordo tra il KESH e l’Agenzia Nazionale dell’Energia. Secondo questo accordo, l’energia elettrica avrà un valore diverso a seconda delle fasce, di quanto è stato consumato e degli orari. In questo senso, la prima misura sarà l’installazione dei contatori di energia in ogni famiglia. Il governo non ha fatto sforzi per aiutare i poveri, ma ha inventato un nuovo piano, secondo il quale determinerà dall’alto il consumo di energia e lo fatturerà con questo aumento. L’Agenzia Nazionale dell’Energia dichiara che non ci sarà alcun passo indietro e che l’attuazione di questo piano sarà immediata.
