According to the official policy that has emerged in this post-war and post-conflict Albania, Kosovo Albanians enjoy not “advice” verogjinë, but “democracy of destabilization” and of “Albania”. The table set up near a local PD office was on display with completed ballot papers. And the night before yesterday, various citizens could find such ballots there. This is evidence of the black market in ballot papers. Dozens of citizens have expressed their dissatisfaction with the lack of security in the electoral process.
