They robbed 12 million and killed the 62-year-old woman
The Kosovo “democrats” in question
In Kosovo the democrats may establish that the gang exists. However, the Albanian police did not mention the names of the suspects. According to the official policy that has emerged in this post-war and post-conflict Albania, Kosovo Albanians enjoy not “advice” verogjinë, but “democracy of destabilization” and of “Albania”. The local elections in Kosovo made their spectrum into an “opening”.
These parliaments of theirs, their governments, failed to show themselves through their own windows; they did not bring them out into the light for Albanian society either. Moreover, the content regarding economic matters and self-victimization have begun to show a “cohesion” in this path of destabilization. According to yesterday’s reports, the gang that robbed 12 million lek and killed the 62-year-old woman apparently consists of three Kosovars.
At least that is what the police state, stressing that “the robbery group used a car with Kosovo license plates”. The suspects, according to the police, were dressed in private security uniforms and are believed to have been under surveillance for several days. Well, based on the convictions created through their deeds, we can no longer speak of isolated cases. Since today, we conclude that part of the “Kosovo parliament”.

32 thousand Albanians prostitute themselves in the world
We are looking for 3 female traffickers
On the deserted sidewalks of fira, their beauty is displayed in the eyes of xhyslykat, but in truth the eye does not exist. But in truth it does not exist. In their eyes and on their stages, the police grow too, both the state and the private one. These are only a few examples of the large number of prostitution cases “pushed” into foreign countries and linked to criminal networks. According to data from foreign countries and domestic sources, it is believed that around 32 thousand Albanian women have been exploited in prostitution around the world.
This is also the largest estimated figure ever made by an Albanian institution on this phenomenon. This number includes women and girls sent mainly to EU countries and beyond. A closer cooperation has begun between Albanian and foreign institutions over this phenomenon. Three female traffickers are also being sought.

Ballot paper on the black market
Violations of the Electoral Code and the responsibilities of the paper sellers

Hundreds of stamped ballot papers, thrown out on official ballot papers, with prices up to 5 thousand new lek per ballot paper. No one knows where the potential buyers ended up. Did these ballot papers end up in some polling station? Or were they stamped for some other purpose? These questions circulated yesterday in the capital, after their appearance on the free market.
For this, a small counter set up near a bar on Kavaja Street has been turned into a polling station where stamped ballots not sent by the CEC were openly displayed. The table set up near a local PD office was on display with completed ballot papers. And the night before yesterday, various citizens could find such ballots there. This is evidence of the black market in ballot papers. Dozens of citizens have expressed their dissatisfaction with the lack of security in the electoral process.

Local authorities under the control of the Executive
The new Albanian charter on local governance 2000, a periodical on local autonomy in Albania, with a legal instrument secured by the current government and sanctioned in three reports. The question remains of its implementation in the country, as well as the challenge for local governance. This will be discussed in the following pages of this legal replica in question. In yesterday’s issue of the topic, the analysis of the Council of Europe section was published, which deals with the European trend in local governance and the implementation of the Charter of Local Autonomy in Albania. In the same context it is being assessed that, despite the Council’s proposals, there is a basis in the requirements of this document.
