EDITORIAL The Albanian state recognizes no proof that comes out of its office, or anywhere it has a seal and a signature. Besides this, the Albanian state can say that everything is now total chaos and confusion, even though now the Albanian parliament and the last government, with their seals and signatures, appear to us every time on television. In fact, the truth is that no one sees that everything is now total chaos and confusion. These days, a resident of our city sent a telegram to the highest institutions of the Albanian state accusing an innocent person of murdering his brother, or making the absurd claim that "nuno" may be capable of committing crimes. He tried to send this telegram through the official channel. Besides this, our state tells him that the fax does not recognize him and he cannot gain the right. What happened at Qytetari e Lartë is truly strange. No one from the Ministry of the Interior and the two Police Directorates responds in respect to our events. Since, as often happens, nothing was done even through official channels. The official telegram was sent to the departing government. No one found it reasonable to accept it, making its organs a mandated evidence examiner. Thus, still more than anything, it is the departed government that bears responsibility for disrespecting the law. But the state must be held responsible, leaders note one after another, for the names that are brought to the head of the police. Besides this, at Qytetari e Lartë with this blowing dust a good fate or a different kind of puff of wind...
