“The glorious ones” wanted us to plant the bomb. Perhaps, within a short span of time, in three different places: Fushë-Krujë, Prishtina and near the house, they tried to kill our prime minister with a bomb... For these acts, in some places people were arrested, while in others suspicions were raised. In any case, the “class enemy” who wanted to deprive us of the prime minister who is leading us out... of the lights was stopped, or came up empty-handed, because of the vigilant eye... (Everything concerning the prime minister was clarified by those same eyes that continue not to see the “detail” of Azem Hajdari’s murder!!!) It seems we have returned to the ridiculous situations in which “the great man” is always under attack, while the vigilant eye does not let “a single hair be touched”: an Enver, once again, in “Uncle’s memoirs.” As in the old days, government propaganda also threw itself heart and soul into portraying the prime minister as the person most marked for removal from this world. But this time, not in such a crude way as in the case of the elastic bands on Edi Rama’s windows... ... It is not clear whom Mr. Meta is trying to convince that he is the focus of attention and a “thorn in the bomb’s side”; Meta once again presents himself to his fellow party members as a “great man” who has made his opponents “heat up.” Perhaps the prime minister has seen the “bomb soap opera” as the only way to keep his fellow party members in line until the elections, which only he and his staff know how to hold... ... May the bombs take away the “evil” from Meta. But what fault do the Albanians bear...?!

PS “shakes” Meidani over the CEC

The only alternative: two-thirds of the votes in Parliament The card of amendments is stuck in the Socialists’ hands The Socialist Party, after all seven members of the Central Election Commission refused to resign, is considering every possibility of dismissing them through legal means. This was stated yesterday by sources close to the PS. Page 3

Begeja: The Code must be amended

PR calls for the CEC to be reconstituted with new criteria The Republicans confirm their commitment to take part in the other pre-election dialogue roundtables at the OSCE headquarters, although they express reservations about the outcomes of the latest roundtable. They are referring to one of the most hotly debated issues recently in the Albanian political arena, which has also given pause to the international community mediating on the country’s electoral infrastructure.
