And those who feel the cold more than any other, are the damp, the not-warm-at-all, miserable little Albanian children. With slates in hand, they lined up as they did on the roads of Okshtun. The reason is simple: for them it is extremely difficult; in case of heavy rain it is even impossible to attend their lessons at their school. Or rather, at what should be their school. There, only wind, rain and hail have invaded the lessons, having "occupied" without a trace of resistance the classrooms and desks where the children should be studying. This is because in the school there are completely, completely no doors or windows. Fortunately the walls have not yet fallen...
