Two enemies of the Constitution

Why did so few heads see the electoral process? Against the future, the voice, from conviction to replace it with people beyond measure, the most cruel crimes, the most cruel profits, convictions for interest, business politics, the leaders, who could have helped and explained, in a living way the word of the captured name with gore because the offended people have taken them to heart and face. The way we laughed at that much to move. Enough? For a Soviet leader to prevent that we allow everything can be valued if we speak in public. So possibility of building, of what it means to understand, and the society of others. People must rise to govern. You may have to deal with it, whenever, with it, the government must be made as lawful and the government and the opposition. A school of the state and the overall calm not to follow the road. When lightly climbing the second step of the structure. They are by no means on the reformist path that we again have? In government it is thus in the uproar and weaning. ... On page 6
Hatred after Kushtrues
For Albanians, democracy is still not part of their political culture.
There is a bitter and still miserable truth in the political culture of Albanians, who on the one hand do not understand what victory or defeat means in the relevant elections, just as on the other hand they do not understand what democracy means or even what respect for the law means. The latter, especially after the events of recent days, we cannot say necessarily belongs to the political culture of Albanians; today there are no Albanians who are becoming conscious of themselves yet in terms of respecting the law. Perhaps, not because of their own strength but because of the power of weapons in the hands of the government, which was established through the headquarters of the uprising, Albanians have now fallen silent. But this silence has nothing of civilized calm, nothing of the calm of societies that are moving toward development and civilization. Albanian calm is not that of free people, not the calm that arises after a democratic process, not the calm that reassures citizens while waiting for the election result, but the familiar calm that arises in a society when prisons are shut and society fears the power of the state. In any case, however, Albanians seem to have passed the March 22 election test peacefully and from this point of view it can be said that Albania has passed the March 22 parliamentary elections peacefully. It remains to be seen now whether the Albanian force of respect for the law will become conscious and leave behind the savagery that is being felt throughout the country after these elections. As hate speech is being displayed especially from one side of the Albanian political spectrum, it is understood what the struggle for power really was. It was simply a struggle to seize power by any means, a struggle in whose name everything is justified, even joining with people who until yesterday were accusing and humiliating you, a struggle in whose name all kinds of alibis can be fabricated for an unearned victory, a victory that has shaken the opposition, but more often by bringing out its reasons for defeat. There are also other causes of anger over defeat, but they too cannot change the truth. The fight against the opposition was not a fair fight with democratic standards, but a fight in which every means was used to defeat it. In this way, the opposition has lost its bet and from now on must think of itself as an opposition force, not as an automatic claimant to power. But the greatest misfortune would be if, after this, Albanians learned nothing from the vote of March 22. If the losers continued to treat defeat as theft, while the winners treated victory as a right to humiliate the defeated, then we would have nothing but a continuation of the same political tragedy.
