War in Junik: Serbs fire radioactive shells
One of the KLA commanders falls in battle
The Serbs have begun using heavy weapons against the KLA, while a senior freedom fighter has lost his life.
A senior headquarters of the Kosovo Liberation Army said on Wednesday that one of the commanders in the Pashtrik area, identified as Arif Juniku, has been killed. A senior UÇK official, Xhevat Shala, said that he fell at five past midday on Wednesday while leading military operations against Serbian forces. As military officers report, the ethnic Albanian forces hit by Euro-Russian weapons say that shells containing radioactive material have been fired against the KLA and have exploded, leaving many dead and wounded. All indications are that these shells were used in fighting in the north of Perisi, but it is not clear what radioactive substance is being referred to, since the Serbs also used them in the bombing of KLA bases in Pashtrik but not in Prespë. Administration officials insist on achievements and efforts to try, unnecessary efforts, as well as the war efforts in Yugoslavia. The plan, which will not take on a new settlement, will make the Balkans rebuilt, and if there are other roads, they will be included. The plan will focus on some of the most important things that need to be done in a more peaceful Kosovo or region. If Administration officials insist on achievements to try and plan, efforts are tied to Yugoslavia. The plan, which will not take on a new settlement, will make a region from this more [word?]
