The international call is being repeated often for us Albanians, in a loud voice and not always with the kindest tone. There are many chances that this conference will mark a new turning point in the country's economic beginning. We can no longer continue with money abroad, tourism, loans and credit, white investments and everything in daily life without being detached and modernized. In short, it takes time that is no longer longer for living. Enough with 1998. Today a different life from the celebrations is sold by the structures that control and the waste in the use of finances. The government must take decisive steps for improvement and reform. A decisive one and one that brings more work. This climate must improve while the requesters, beggars and people who carry many documents to ask for money must be replaced by investors, managers, workers and people of ideas. If the government creates these opportunities, the word with excellent results for our country is possible.
