Those accused are the ones who have the label “Dr” before their names and, at the end of the month, sign payroll records for 12,000 lek by law, with or without bonuses, while telling me 30,000 lek. They take money from patients; it is a reward for the pressure they exert. Satisfied with this money, they have never even thought of protesting or going on strike, as other colleagues of theirs have. Why do these people, who are paid under the table, sleep peacefully at night, just like the patients’ relatives, who feel relieved after paying the tribute? Could it be their fault that we give them money to feel secure about our loved one’s life?
