For three years they had been terrorizing travelers They robbed and sold [text unclear]; for several years, the four members of the gang arrested yesterday by the blue-uniformed officers had been terrorizing all travelers. The swift action by the rapid-response unit of the Shkodër police station prevented the robbers from firing their weapons at the police. The gang, from the village of Bardhaj, is suspected of having carried out dozens of robberies in the Tor-rovicë area and later on the other road to Gjadër. At the time they were stopped, the arrested men also had several weapons in their car and are suspected of having set out to rob a late-night car. According to sources in the Shkodër police, the arrests were made at around 10:30 p.m. on Monday night. On page 7
