Mr. President, With great joy I learned a few weeks ago of your arrival in the homeland, seeing you on the news on television, as our country had apparently been accepted as a member of the family of Francophonie, the Francophone countries. To tell you the truth, I was very pleased, as the old francophile and francophone that I am, but then it came to the attention of the National Francophonie servant: where was one to look for the place of the whole (?) family with this Organization and gather all of Old Dibra?
