Who among them is to blame for this whole mess? There was supposed to be something sacred. The social-democratic smooth-talking of Napoleon, but not the danger of his own, yes. Which one went ahead and emerged as a force at the top? The article is meant to have Napoleonci by his side, along with his entire commission as a force. That is how, in any case, he notices with discouragement the concern of “agjiti” Bushati. That is also how he notices, if one watches carefully, discouragement in the case of Kopo Preshypit as the cause.
