Ilir META . All the citizens of this country have the right to be concerned about smuggling and corruption, especially when they read the press and hear “duty-free” declarations left and right. They have this right because they want a better future. This future cannot be achieved without fighting crime, smuggling and corruption, without taking money from mafiosi and irresponsible officials so that it can go into the state budget to invest and change the lives of the citizens of this country every day. This is not an easy challenge after 10 years of destruction and degeneration of the state administration, and the fiscal administration in particular. Nevertheless, today the Government’s results and growing will to meet this challenge are greater than ever before. Since they promised in Parliament on the day the government was given the vote of confidence that they aim to be a government of results and one that is open to public opinion, I will present only the contrast between a few figures that speak for themselves, in order to publicly ask Mr Berisha and some like him a few questions.
