The Tirana Court of First Instance yesterday rejected both requests made by Dritan Avdyli’s brother, issuing rulings in favor of Erieta’s family members. The request filed by Dritan’s older brother, Lulëzim Avdyli, to invalidate the Guardianship Council for Children at Tirana Municipality was rejected by Judge Mimoza Kaja. Meanwhile, the request to invalidate the Guardianship Council’s decision concerning the two young children, Erdri and Sibora, was rejected by Judge Medi Bici.
