Blood and panic in Tirana, when it was around 8:00 p.m., Sul Demaj, 28 years old, resident of the village of Hoti i Ri in Shkodra, was executed with a firearm while in a vehicle. Tirana is still considered by many, even in 2000, almost a province, among criminal circles, by people known for murder and their triumph.
