The Italian Minister for Solidarity, Livia Turko, has had her name changed to ... Abibe Muço Tahiraj. This “joke” ended up on the posters for the election campaign that has begun in Albania. The international organizations financing election preparations had provided funds to raise Albanian voters’ awareness of the need to participate in the elections. One of these posters, which have now been put up on the walls of the capital, explains what the voter card looks like.
