But no such thing appears to have happened. Our Foreign Ministry, through its press office, confirmed the fact that with the Montenegrin side “no agreement with Montenegro was signed today (yesterday)”. The confirmation is also given by diplomats at the Montenegrin embassy in Tirana. “There was no contact today to sign such an agree- ment,” they confirmed to GS.... Continued on pages 2-5
