Kule: The dean’s office committed violations From the old regulations to the new ones, the average grade drops from 8 to 7 The debate over the new regulations for medical specializations is still ongoing, although the date of the competition has already been set. The dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Alfred Priftanji, declares that the regulation currently being applied is not the one approved by the faculty council, while they have been forced to implement it after an order from the UT rector and the Ministry of Education. Rector Dhori Kule, meanwhile, says that if there is a legal violation, it is on the part of the dean’s office, since it has long obstructed the opening of specializations for future doctors.
